Soccer Players can be trained one on one, or they can get another friend or two to do it with them!
This year along, Soccer Edge has trained players with a range of ability:
- Recreational players
- Town travel players
- Club players
- High School Players
- Division 1-3 College Players
- ODP, Region 1, and United States Youth National Team Players
Players can be trained one on one or in a small group. The session is 1 hour long and consists of:
- Agility and footwork training using a speed ladder
- Fast feet ball skills
- 1st touch and speed of play
- Passing and receiving in tight spaces
- Dribbling
- One v one moves
- Crossing
- Shooting
These sessions are ideal for taking a players game to the next level. Sessions are tailored to each individual player, so of that list (and anything else the player wants to work on, such as defending), more emphasis can be placed on certain activities than others. Sessions are intense, but fun at the same time! Everyone who has ever signed up for one has come back regularly after that!
Parents are encouraged to watch the sessions.
